Yoga for Awareness is an invitation to explore yoga as more than just physical postures—it’s about connecting with your true self. This class offers a welcoming space for anyone, whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced before. Together, we’ll explore how yoga can help us live more fully and authentically on and off the mat.

This class helps you tune into your body and deepen your self-awareness through gentle movement to increase energy and vitality, breathing exercises to calm the mind, and moments of stillness through meditation.

Aubrey leads with warmth, humor, and playfulness, encouraging each person to explore what feels right for them and their bodies. Each class will include breathing practices (Pranayama), simple movements (Asanas), meditation, and occasional chanting—tools that support mindfulness, inner peace, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself and others.

The teachings draw on wisdom from various traditions, including The Bhagavad Gita, The Upanishads, and more, offering insight into living a life of awareness and compassion.

No experience is required, and there’s no need for flexibility or a specific level of fitness. Every class is an opportunity to explore and be present with yourself. All levels are welcome!
