Yoga for Awareness is an open invitation to experience yoga as a path of self-discovery—far beyond just physical postures. This class offers a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone, whether you're completely new to yoga or returning to your practice. Together, we explore how yoga can support us in living more fully, authentically, and consciously—both on and off the mat.
Through gentle movement to awaken vitality, breathwork (Pranayama) to calm the mind, and moments of stillness through meditation, you'll be guided to tune into your body and deepen your inner awareness.
Aubrey leads with warmth, playfulness, and a down-to-earth spirit, creating a supportive environment where you’re encouraged to listen to your body and move in a way that feels right for you. Each class weaves together breath practices, simple postures (Asanas), meditation, and occasional chanting—practical tools that foster mindfulness, inner peace, and a stronger connection to yourself and others.
Teachings are inspired by the timeless wisdom of texts like the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, and other spiritual traditions, offering guidance for living with awareness, compassion, and purpose.
No prior experience, flexibility, or specific fitness level is needed. Every class is an opportunity to come home to yourself. All are welcome.
