What is Kundalini Yoga? Kundalini yoga is called the yoga of awareness. The Kundalini energy is vitality, creativity and consciousness. As we practice, this energy becomes awakened within us. Kundalini Yoga combines posture, breath, hand position, sound and eye focus to produce a powerful experience and a shift in mind, body and spirit.
What is Sadhana? Sadhana is our daily spiritual practice which helps us discipline our minds and clears our subconscious. Our daily Sadhana connects us to the Infinite. Through a daily spiritual practice, we connect to our Higher Self / Spirit / the Infinite which are all found within. As we clean out our sub-conscious mind we are able to act with neutrality rather than reacting to situations.
