“Travel light, live light, spread the light, be the light.”
Caroline & Aubrey would love for you to join them for a Kundalini Yoga weekend retreat this June in the relaxing countryside of North Carolina. The retreat center is on a beautiful property owned by Caroline in Chatham County just a 45 minute drive from Durham. Settle in on Friday afternoon with a quite walk along the river or a dip in the swimming pool.
Included in this retreat are daily Kundalini Yoga practices, gong baths, Kundalini Meditation, time to spend in quiet reflection and the opportunity to gather in community to connect with like minded individuals.
Liz Hull will lovingly prepare locally-sourced, plant-based meals during the retreat. Cooking with the mindset that positive vibrations carry through to the food, Liz will offer a blessing and open discussion around the sacred ingredients and energy used to create each meal. After all, food brings us together and is more than sustenance: it’s our histories, our loves, and a time to reconnect with our bodies and the earth. Comments and questions are welcomed, as we share community around a healthful feast!
**Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions - as well, likes/dislikes/sensitivities are also welcomed!
All rooms are a shared occupancy with two beds. The price for this Retreat is $300.00/person.
Included Perfume Workshop with Liz Hull on Saturday will include a guided scent meditation, a discussion of the role fragrance plays in our lives, a short history of perfumery and ending with each guest collaborating with Liz to create a personalized fragrance.
**Please notify us of any allergies you may have to specific scents. Natural, essential oils will be used, which in fact cause more allergic reactions than synthetics!
If you would like to sign up or if you have questions please email: firstname.lastname@example.org

Through a regular kundalini yoga practice she discovered that one can maintain mental clarity and live a more present and conscious existence. Caroline enjoys combining yoga movement, breath work, and mindfulness practices in her therapeutic work with students and while playing with her two young children at home. She is excited to share the Kundalini teachings with others.
Liz Hull has been making customized fragrances for clients since 2014. Before embarking on her fragrance journey, Liz worked in galleries and auction houses in New York and Los Angeles. As an artist liaison, she assisted many artists in creating and curating their exhibitions. It was through one such exhibition with the artist LINDER, in which each room of the gallery was scented, that Liz decided the world of the senses was for her. More than just perfume, Liz considers her art more closely related to performance in its ephemeral, intangible nature, and is endlessly intrigued by the psychology and biology intertwined in our olfactive system. Combining her yoga practice with fragrance has honed concentration during meditation, as well assisted with calming and uplifting effects.
